We are your local community cannabis shop, serving recreational users and medical marijuana patients. No one under the age of 21 years is allowed on the premises at any time.
We understand that conventional medication does not always provide the necessary relief, and can even take a physical toll after prolonged use. For this reason, at our recreational marijuana store, we provide an alternate solution for our medical marijuana patients and recreational users.
Cannabis has been reported to help alleviate, and manage a wide range of symptoms which include, but are not limited to chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, insomnia, and loss of appetite. Along with medical marijuana patients, recreational users have also reported finding relief for the same symptoms, chronic conditions and disease. As of January 1st, 2017 the state of Oregon, under OLCC, has a 20% sales tax on recreational marijuana. OMMP patients and their primary caregivers do not pay the 20% recreational sales tax.
At Nature’s Alternative, Inc., Recreational Users can purchase at one time or per day, the following amounts:
One ounce of marijuana flower, 16 oz of solid cannabinoid product, 72 oz of liquid cannabinoid product, 5 grams of cannabinoid extract or concentrate, whether sold alone or in an inhalant delivery system, four immature marijuana plants and ten seeds.
OMMP (Oregon Medical Marijuana Program) Patients and their Primary Caregivers have of the same limits with the exception of marijuana flower. OMMP Patient and their Primary Caregivers can purchase up to 24 oz of marijuana flower per day.
OLCC requires a valid picture ID for Recreational Users and both a valid OMMP Patient or Primary Caregiver card issued by the Oregon Health Authority and a valid picture ID for OMMP Patients and their Primary Caregivers.
OMMP Patients who lack mobility, may access our medication via their primary caregivers.
